Withdrawal Rules:

Batjale has separate rules for Sports Betting and casino games. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.

Sports Betting:

• Bets can be placed both pre-match and live
• If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will continue as normal
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, batjale reserves the right to correct or void that bet

Casino Games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG
• If disconnected, the game state will be saved
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batjale platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of another person
• Abuse or exploitation of the bonus system
• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Use of automated software or bots
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Harassing or insulting other members
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Creating an account under a false identity

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in batjale closing your account without notice and forfeiting any funds held. Relevant information may be shared with law enforcement if required.

Batjale reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Fraudulent Activity
• KYC Verification Failure
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 18 months)
• Closed by Request (Self-Exclusion)

You may request to close your account at any time. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it first. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
